What size is the storage container?

The unit size is a 20 foot container. This will approximately fit the contents of a 2 - 3 bedroom house.

Floor Area: 150sq ft  / 13.93m2.

Cubic Capacity: 1160cu ft  / 32.85m3.

How long can I store my belongings?

The unit is yours for as long as you need. There is a minimum hire period of 12 weeks.
We require four weeks notice when you decide to move out.

Who can access my storage unit?

With self storage, you control the access and you keep the key. Only you (and whoever you grant permission to) is able to access your unit.

When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your unit between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

Do you have any hidden charges?

No, we do not have access, administration or booking fees and all rates include GST. Unless stated otherwise, charges are four-weekly in advance.

How does billing work?

You are required to make the first payment of four weeks in advance, before we give you access. From that point on, you pay four-weekly in advance.

What is the method of payment?

Direct deposit into our bank account, Bank account number will be on the application form we provide when you contact us about renting a container.

What can be stored in my storage unit?

You are welcome to store anything you like in your unit so long as it is not on our list of prohibited items, if you’re unsure about something, please ask.

What can’t be stored in my storage unit?

Any goods that are illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, hazardous, perishable (food or similar) or that are a risk to the property of any person. E.g. Chlorine, acid, paint and petrol, LPG bottles (unless purged) etc.
